A Circle of Support operates staff model residences with a management team consisting of the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator and the Human Resources Manager. Each house employs a full time supervisor and both full time and part time child and youth workers as front line child therapists. The ratio of staff to children in the peak program hours is 3 staff to 7 children. Additionally, we have a housekeeping staff for the residences. Our program is further enriched by the community college students who are placed at A Circle of Support as part of their three year Child & Youth Worker diploma program.
