A Circle of Support operates staff model residences with a management team consisting of the Executive Director, the Director of Services, and Behaviour Specialist. Each house employs a full time supervisor and both full time and part time child and youth workers as front line child therapists. The ratio of staff to children in the peak program house is 3 staff to 7 children. Additionally, we have other support staff to support program operations. Our program is further enriched by the community college students who are placed at A Circle of Support as part of their college or university training program.
